VICTORIA – Dr. Bonnie Henry, B.C.’s provincial health officer, and Adrian Dix, Minister of Health, have issued the following joint statement regarding updates on the COVID-19 response in British Columbia:
VICTORIA – Eva Hage has been appointed commissioner of the BC Ferry Commission, which sets price caps on the maximum allowable annual increase in fares and approves major capital expenditures for BC Ferries.
VICTORIA – Small businesses and local workers throughout British Columbia will benefit as local government purchasing dollars are invested back into communities through expansion of the British Columbia Social Procurement Initiative.  
VANCOUVER – Individuals and families in Vancouver are moving into 51 new rental homes they can afford, as the Mi Casa redevelopment opens.
BURNABY – The Province, through BC Housing, is exploring opportunities to replace the aging units at the Stratford Gardens housing development in Burnaby with more new modern, affordable homes.
